AutoGuide Announces General Availability of the new MAX N10 Pallet Stacker

By Mike Oitzman | April 8, 2019

April 8, 2019 – Chicago, IL

AutoGuide Mobile Robots announces the general availability of their new MAX N10 Pallet Stacker. The MAX N10 Pallet Stacker is an attachment to the patent pending modular MAX N10 AMR. The MAX N10 Pallet Stacker is an automated counterbalanced lift truck that can automatically pick and place pallets or racks from the floor level, trailer decks, conveyors, or racks up to 5 feet high. Standard payload capacity is 1,770 lbs. (800 kg), with a high capacity version for up to 2,650 lbs. (1,200 kg).

The MAX N10 Pallet Stacker features smart pallet finding capability. This enables the MAX N10 to find pallets which have been displaced from their last known location. The AMR is capable of detecting a pallet, its cargo, and successfully planning the approach path to pickup the pallet. It can even pick a pallet off of a stack of pallets, without disturbing the pallets lower in the stack.

The vehicle complies with ANSI safety standards for non-contact collision avoidance. The AutoGuide SurePath Fleet Controller manages vehicle path planning for the optimal delivery path through the facility. The MAX N10 AMRs navigate safely along their path and avoid any obstacles that they may encounter.

“Customer reception of our Max N10 natural feature guided mobile robot platform in tugger and conveyor deck configuration has been tremendous…this latest addition to the product family leverages this success and offers pallet or rack handling, expanding the automated transport of materials within the facility.” said AutoGuide Mobile Robots President and CEO Rob Sullivan.  The modular design helps drive down costs and enables AutoGuide to offer the industry’s best lead-times.

To see the N10 Max in action this week, stop by the AutoGuide booth (S3212) at the ProMAT show in Chicago, April 8-11, 2019.
